I hope you’re having a great June!

Today we’re going to talk about something that takes students  long time to make heads or tails of: idioms! It is true that, especially at advanced and proficiency level, they are very common but it is also true that they aren’t the easiest to learn. Talking to our students, they said that our previous post about these phrases really helped memorise them (if you missed it you can check it out here). We firmly believe that the best way to learn is having fun so, we’ve got a quiz for you!

As you may know, there are a lot of idioms in English but, if you divide them into categories they may be easier to remember so we’ve chosen the following categories for today: Idioms with words related to food, parts of the body and summer!

Here we go! Choose the correct answer to each one of these Spanish phrases:

  1. El pan nuestro de cada día
